Q:How difficult is each event?

A: Without us knowing your level of fitness the answer to this question is difficult but we would say select your race and then put in the training time and resolve to have the miles in your legs so that a 100k or 50k will be both a challenging and positive experience.

If ultra running is not your thing remember you do have the option to fast pack the route with a team of friends because we will also support a race setting for fast packers.

Q: How does the series work                                                                                       A: These first 3 races are qualifying races for a final 100 mile race set in one of the most spectacular locations in the world. The location will be announced in 2012 and the race will take place in 2013.

Qualification: In order to participate in this 100 mile nonstop race you must qualify by either completing any  2 100k/50k qualifying races in the series or by placing in the top 25 percent of the field in any category at any of the races.

Q: Can I  register for the Endurance Tournament but not the ultra race?

Q) Will I have to sign a Disclaimer?

A:Yes, by entering the event you will be bound by the event disclaimer.

Q) Can I get a refund if I have to pull out?

A:  Lost Worlds Trail Series has a NO REFUND policy. However we do offer partial discount for cancellations during our cancellation periods.

If you cancel up to 60 days before an event a discount code for 50% of your race registration fee can be applied to the next Lost Worlds Race. It is valid for 12 months. We understand that injuries happen or that life sometimes gets in the way of a race so we recommend considering a reasonable travel insurance policy to protect your registration investment.
